Syllabus of Jharkhand Sachivalaya Sahayak

Examination Pattern : Examination will be completed on two phase. First is preliminary and second and last is Main examination. In both phase question will be objective. 3 marks will be given for right marks and one marks deducted for every wrong marks and total 2 hours will be given for completion of this exam. Negative Marks will be applicable in examination.

Preliminary examination

In preliminary examination there will be only one subject General Knowledge.

General Studies - 30 Questions

General Sceience & Mathematics - 30 Questions

Mental Ability Test - 30 Questions

Knowledge of Computer - 30 Questions

प्रारम्भिक परीक्षा का पाठ्यक्रम:-

खंड (क):- सामान्य अध्ययन:- इसमें प्रष्नों का उद्देष्य अभ्यर्थी के आस-पास के वातावरण की सामान्य जानकारी तथा समाज में उनके अनुप्रयोग के सम्बन्ध में उसकी योग्यता की जाँच करना होगा। वर्तमान घटनाओं और दिन-प्रतिदिन की घटनाओं के सूक्ष्म अवलोकन तथा उनके प्रति वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण जैसे मामलों की जानकारी सम्बन्धी ऐसे प्रष्न भी शामिल किये जायेंगे, जिनके बारे में जानकारी रखने की किसी भी षिक्षित व्यक्ति से अपेक्षा की जाती है। इसमें झारखण्ड, भारत और इसके पड़ोसी देषों के सम्बन्ध में विषेष रूप से यथा सम्भव प्रष्न पूछे जा सकते हैं।

(प) सम-सामयिक विषय:- वैज्ञानिक प्रगति,राष्ट्रीय/अंतर्राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार, भारतीय भाषाएं, पुस्तक, लिपि, राजधानी,मुद्रा, खेल-खिलाड़ी, महत्वपूर्ण घटनाएं।

(पप) भारत देष:- भारत का इतिहास, संस्कृति, भूगोल,आर्थिक परिदृष्य, स्वतंत्रता आन्दोलन, भारतीय कृषि तथा प्राकृतिक संसाधनों की प्रमुख विषेषताएं, एवं भारत का संविधान एवं राज्य व्यवस्था, देष की राजनीतिक प्रणाली, पंचायती राज, सामुदायिक विकास, पंचवर्षीय योजना एवं राष्ट्रीय आन्दोलन में झारखण्ड का योगदान।

खंड (ख):- सामान्य विज्ञान एवं गणित:- निम्न विषय से यथासंभव प्रष्न पूछे जा सकते है:-

(प) सामान्य विज्ञान:- सामान्य विज्ञान के प्रष्न पत्र में दिन-प्रतिदिन के अवलोकन एवं अनुभव पर आधारित विज्ञान की सामान्य समझ एवं परिबोध से सम्बन्धित विषय रहेंगे, जैसा कि एक सुषिक्षित व्यक्ति से, जिसने किसी विज्ञान विषय का विषेष अध्ययन नहीं किया हो, अपेक्षित है।

(पप) गणित:- इसमें सामान्यतः प्रवेषिका स्तर के प्रष्न पूछे जा सकते है।

खंड (ग):-मानसिक क्षमता जाँच:-

इसमें शाब्दिक एवं गैर शाब्दिक दोनों प्रकार के प्रष्न पूछे जा सकते है ं। इस घटक में निम्न से सम्बन्धित यथासंभव प्रष्न पूछे जा सकते हैं- सादृष्य, समानता एवं भिन्नता, स्थान कल्पना, समस्या समाधान, विष्लेषण, दृष्य स्मृति, विभेद, अवलोकन, सम्बन्ध अवधारणा, अंक गणितीय तर्कषक्ति, अंक गणितीय संख्या श्रृखंला एवं कूट लेखन एवं कूट व्याख्या।

खंड (घ):- कम्प्यूटर का मूलभूत ज्ञान:-

इसमें कम्प्यूटर में उपलब्ध उपकरणों एवं संचालन की विधि की जानकारी से सम्बन्धित प्रष्न पूछे जा सकते हैं।

मुख्य परीक्षा-मुख्य परीक्षा के लिये दो पत्र होंगे:-

(क) प्रष्न पत्र 1 - विषय हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी भाषा ज्ञान:-

इस परीक्षा के लिए प्रष्न बहुविकल्पीय एवं वस्तुनिष्ठ होंगे।

इस विषय में अर्हतांक 30प्रतिषत है जो अनिवार्य है। जो उम्मीदवार इस विषय में 30 प्रतिषत अंक प्राप्त नहीं करेंगे, उनके मुख्य परीक्षा के दूसरे विषय सामान्य ज्ञान (मुख्य) (प्रष्न पत्र-2) का मूल्यांकन नहीं किया जायेगा तथा वे मुख्य परीक्षा में योग्यता प्राप्त नहीं समझे जायेंगे। प्राप्त अंक की गणना मेधा सूची के परियोजनार्थ की जायेगी।

(ख) प्रष्न पत्र 2 - विषय सामान्य ज्ञान (मुख्य):-

इस परीक्षा के लिए प्रष्न वस्तुनिष्ठ एवं बहुविकल्पीय होंगे।

(पप) प्रष्न पत्र2 सामान्य ज्ञान (मुख्य) में विषय एवं प्रष्नों की संख्या निम्नवत् होगीः-

सामान्य अध्ययन, समसामयिक विषय, भारत देष एवं सामान्य विज्ञान - 30 प्रष्न होंगे।

(ख) अंकगणित - 30 प्रष्न होंगे।

(ग) मानसिक क्षमता जाँच - 30प्रष्न होंगे।

(घ) कम्प्यूटर का मूल ज्ञान - 30 प्रष्न होंगे।

Food Inspector Recruitment Examination – 2010 Syllabus

(1) First Paper – General Studies : The paper of General Studies will include question on the following topics :-

1. General Science

2. Current Events of National and International Importance.

3. History of India.

4. Indian National Movement.

5. Indian Polity and Economy. 6. World Geography and Population.

Question on General Science will cover general appreciation and understanding of Science, including matters of everyday observation and experience, as may be expected of a well educated person who has not made a special study of any scientific discipline. In History of India emphasis should be on broad understanding of economic, Social, Cultural and Political aspects of Indian History. In Indian National Movement, the candidates are expected to have a synoptic view of the nature and character of the Indian freedom movement, growth of nationalism and attainment of independence. In Indian Polity and Economy questions will test knowledge of the candidate pertaining to Indian Polity including the Indian Constitution, Panchayati Raj and community Development,broad features of Indian economy and planning. In world Geography and population, only General understanding of the subject will be expected with emphasis on physical/ecological, economic and socio-demographic aspects of Geography of India. Candidates are expected to have general awareness about the above topics with special reference to Uttar Pradesh.

(2) Second Paper – Main Subject: –

1. Definition and standards of Food quality. Proximate analysis of Foods, Fat, Protein, Carbohydrate, Vitamins, Minerals Fibres and Water, Human Nutrition, Major and Minor Nutrients and their role, Deficiency Diseases.

2. Fruits, Vegetables and Plantation products:- Definition, Classification, Juices, Pulps, Powder & Extracts, Squash, Cordials, RTS_Beverages etc., Jam, Jellies & Marmalades, Puree, Paste and Concentrates. Ketchups, Sauce & Pickles, Still & Carbonated Beverages. Tea, Coffee and Chocolates, Spices, Quality tests of above food products.

3. Cereals, Pulses and Oil-Seed products:- Definition and Classification of wheat, Rice, Pulses & Oil seed products. Flour, Bread, Biscuits, Cake and other Baked Items. Dehulled legume-Pulses. Vegetable Oil- Refined & Hydrogenerated etc.

4. Animal Food Products: Fluid Milk and its various kinds. Concentrated and dried milk Products, Fermented Milk Foods, Cream, Ice-Cream, Butter, Chees, Milk Adulterants and its detection. Meat, Fish, Poultry and Egg Products and their quality Control.

5. Food Additive, Chemical Preservation and assessment of excess use of preservatives & Chemicals, Food Colours, Poisonous metals, Anti Oxidants, Food Flavors, Insecticides & Pesticides, Irradiated Foods. Fierobiological quality of Foods, Food safety, Food Sanitation and Hygeine. PFA, FPO, BIS and AGMARK Specifications of various types of Food and Food Products.
