शिक्षक भर्ती प्रक्रिया निरस्त करने का प्रस्ताव शासन को

शिक्षक भर्ती प्रक्रिया निरस्त करने का प्रस्ताव शासन को

लखनऊ, जागरण ब्यूरो : बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद के संचालित प्राथमिक स्कूलों में 72,825 शिक्षकों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया को निरस्त करने के लिए बेसिक शिक्षा निदेशालय ने शासन को प्रस्ताव भेज दिया है। इसमें प्राथमिक स्कूलों में सहायक अध्यापकों की नियुक्ति के लिए जारी की गई विज्ञप्ति को रद करने की सिफारिश की गई है। यह भी कहा गया है कि शिक्षकों की भर्ती के लिए आवेदन करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों का आवेदन शुल्क उन्हें लौटाया जाएगा। अभ्यर्थियों को आवेदन शुल्क लौटाने की प्रक्रिया निर्धारित की जाएगी। गौरतलब है कि शिक्षक भर्ती के लिए सामान्य वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों से 500 रुपये और आरक्षित से 200 रुपये आवेदन शुल्क लिया गया था। प्रस्ताव में शिक्षकों की भर्ती के लिए अनिवार्य की गई अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) की मेरिट को चयन का आधार बनाने के फैसले को निरस्त कर टीईटी को अर्हताकारी परीक्षा बनाने की भी सिफारिश की गई है। इसके लिए उप्र बेसिक शिक्षा (अध्यापक) सेवा नियमावली, 1981 में संशोधन करने की संस्तुति की गई है। राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद (एनसीटीई) ने अध्यापकों की नियुक्ति के लिए एनसीटीई को सिर्फ अर्हताकारी परीक्षा घोषित किया था लेकिन सरकार ने नियमावली में संशोधन कर टीईटी की मेरिट को ही शिक्षक चयन का आधार बना दिया था।

आमरण अनशन शुरू ………..

लखनऊ : अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थियों ने परीक्षा निरस्त न करने की मांग लेकर शुक्रवार से आमरण अनशन शुरू कर दिया। टीईटी उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थी संघर्ष मोर्चा के बैनर तले प्रदेश भर अभ्यर्थी विधान भवन के सामने अनशन पर बैठ गए हैं। अनशन से पहले अभ्यर्थियों का प्रतिनिधि मंडल सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा से लिया, लेकिन वार्ता सफल न हो सकी। उल्लेखनीय है टीईटी उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थी परीक्षा निरस्त न करने की मांग को लेकर आंदोलनरत हैं। संघर्ष मोर्चा के एसके पाठक और नितिन मेहता ने बताया कि सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा ने वार्ता के लिए बुलाया, लेकिन कोई सकारात्मक जवाब नहीं दिया। सचिव ने कहा परीक्षा के संबंध में निर्णय अप्रैल आखिर में लिया जाएगा, फिलहाल पत्रावलियां एकत्रित की जा रही हैं। अभ्यर्थियों से परीक्षा में हुए खर्च को लेकर भी जवाब-तलब किया गया। वार्ता सकारात्मक न रहने पर अभ्यर्थियों ने धरना स्थल पर आमरण अनशन शुरू कर दिया। एक अभ्यर्थी ने बताया कि जब तक मुख्यमंत्री या शिक्षामंत्री की तरफ से टीईटी निरस्त न किए जाने के संबंध में घोषणा नहीं की जाती है, तब तक अनशन जारी रहेगा। हालांकि, पुलिस तथा प्रशासन अनशन खत्म करने का दबाव बनाता रहा, लेकिन अभ्यर्थी पीछे हटने को तैयार नहीं हुए।

रांची. जेपीएससी की 12 अप्रैल से होने वाली मुख्य परीक्षा (चतुर्थ सिविल सेवा) टल सकती है। क्योंकि अभी तक परीक्षा केंद्रों का निर्धारण नहीं हो सका है। परीक्षा शुरू होने में कुछ ही दिन बचे हैं। सेंटर तय न होने से मुख्य परीक्षा लिए जाने की संभावना लगभग समाप्त हो गई है।
जेपीएससी ने परीक्षा केंद्र निर्धारण के लिए डीसी को जिम्मेदारी सौंपी थी। शिक्षण संस्थानों द्वारा इंकार करने पर डीसी ने जेपीएससी कार्यालय को पत्र भेज कर स्थिति की वास्तविकता से अवगत करा दिया है। इसके अलावा जेपीएससी ने मुख्य परीक्षा का कार्यक्रम भी जारी नहीं किया है। ऐसे में छात्रों के बीच परीक्षा को लेकर ऊहापोह की स्थिति है।
दूसरी ओर राजधानी के पांच शिक्षण संस्थानों के प्राचार्यों ने अपने यहां सेंटर बनाने से असमर्थता जताई है। किसी का कहना है कि स्कूल में मिड सेमेस्टर परीक्षा है तो कोई स्कूल में चल रहे मूल्यांकन कार्य का तर्क दे रहे हैं। वहीं, एक स्कूल के प्राचार्य ने कहा कि हमारे यहां सत्र की शुरुआत हो रही है। ऐसे में जेपीएससी की मुख्य परीक्षा लेने में असमर्थ हैं।
परीक्षा की तिथि बढ़ाई जाएगी
"परीक्षा केंद्र निर्धारण के संबंध में डीसी का पत्र नहीं मिला है। ऐसी स्थिति में 12 अप्रैल से परीक्षा की संभावना समाप्त हो गई है। परीक्षा की तिथि 10 दिन आगे बढ़ाई जा सकती है। परीक्षा कार्यक्रम एक हफ्ते में जारी किया जाएगा।" - सुमंत सिन्हा, परीक्षा नियंत्रक, जेपीएससी. उत्तर प्रदेश में टीईटी बेरोजगारों पर बरसी लाठियां

उत्तर प्रदेश की नई सरकार से न्याय की उम्मीद लगाए बैठे शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) उत्तीर्णों को सौगात में लाठियां मिली। नौकरी की मांग कर रहे अभ्यर्थियों पर पुलिस ने राजधानी लखनऊ में विधानसभा भवन के पास लाठीचार्ज और आसूं गैस के गोले छोड़े।
लाठीचार्ज में कई टीईटी अभ्यर्थियों को चोटें आई हैं। नौकरी की मांग कर रहे अभ्यर्थी सुबह से ही विधान भवन के पास जमा होने लगे। पुलिस ने उन्हें हटाने कर प्रयास किया तो उन्होंनें धक्का मुक्की की।
पुलिस ने पहले पानी की बौछार करके उन्हें हटाना चाहा लेकिन वे सड़क पर धरना देने लगे। अभ्यर्थियों में बड़ी संख्या में युवतियां भी थीं। पुलिस ने इस सिलसिले में कुछ लोगों को गिरफ्तार भी किया है। इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय ने टीईटी अभ्यर्थियों की बहाली पर रोक लगा दी थी।

  • योजना आयोग ने सोमवार को जारी एक रिपोर्ट में कहा कि पिछले पांच वर्षो में गरीबी घटी है। इसके बावजूद प्रत्येक तीन में एक भारतीय गरीब है। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक 2004-05 में गरीबी का अनुपात 37.2 प्रतिशत था जो 2009-10 में 29.8 फीसदी हो गया। यह अनुपात शहरी इलाकों के मुकाबले ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में तेजी से घटा। आयोग ने तेंदुलकर समिति के फार्मूले को आधार बनाकर गरीबी का अनुमान लगाया है।

नई दिल्ली।। अमेरिकी वेबसाइट ' बिजनेस इनसाइडर ' ने दुनिया के सबसे रईस राजनेताओं की लिस्ट में कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी को चौथे नंबर पर रखा है। इस लिस्ट में हरियाणा की विधायक और जिंदल समूह की चेयरपर्सन सावित्री जिंदल का नाम भी है। साइट के मुताबिक, कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष की संपत्ति 2 से 19 अरब डॉलर यानी 10 हजार से 45 हजार करोड़ के बीच हो सकती है।
दरअसल, सबसे पहले यह खबर जर्मनी के अखबार 'डी वेल्ट' में छपी थी। इस अखबार के वर्ल्ड्स लग्जरी गाइड सेक्शन में दुनिया के सबसे रईस 23 नेताओं की लिस्ट छापी गई थी। उसमें भी सोनिया गांधी चौथे स्थान पर हैं। ' बिजनेस इनसाइडर ' ने अपनी लिस्ट में सोर्स के रूप में वर्ल्ड्स लग्जरी गाइड का हवाला दिया है, जबकि सबसे नीचे लिखा गया है कि यह रिपोर्ट OpenSecrets.org, Forbes.com, Bloomberg.com, Wikipedia.org, Guardian.co.uk से मिली जानकारी के आधार पर तैयार की गई है।
